FAQs
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments are generally made directly through the artist, be sure to check on the ‘Artists’ section of our website for their details. If not feel free to call the shop or come in and visit in our work hours and one of us will help you make your booking!
How do I pay?
We accept cash only, there are some ATM’s close by if you need to get cash out. We will accept card for aftercare or shop merch that is available in store, but not for tattoos.
Do you take walk ins?
We sure do! We are a very busy shop but we often take walk ins on a first in first served basis. For larger work we prefer making appointments but we will do our best to fit you in as soon as we can.
Is there parking?
Yes! We do have some parking behind the shop, next to our shop is a cafe and hair dressers, between them is a TINY driveway which leads to parking out the back.
How old do I need to be tattooed?
You MUST be 18 to be tattooed in Queensland, we do not accept parental consent, please bring your ID with you.
Do you do cover ups and re-works?
Yes, we sure do, although you will need to come into the shop so we can see what we are working with and please be open minded as these jobs are usually tricky ones. If you are from out of town please contact the shop if it is too far to travel for a consult.
Do you do piercings?
No, sorry just tattoos.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
We require at least 48 hours notice before your appointment to reschedule if you cannot make it, if not you will risk losing your deposit
How do I look after my tattoo?
Your artist will provide their preferred method at the end of your tattoo, we are always here to help and you can drop by or call the shop if you have any questions and one of us will happily help. And yes we provide a aftercare cream in store for you to purchase while in for your session.
I want a tattoo but I don’t know what I want?
We have lots of designs painted and displayed in the shop to help with ideas. if you are stuck, check our Instagram page or artists profiles to help gather some ideas or come have a chat to us and we can help you find the right tattoo for you
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do! They are available to pick up in store and to be paid with cash, you can come get them whenever the shop is open
How much do tattoos cost?
Our shop minimum is $100, we generally operate at $150 per hour for large scale work or $1000 for a full day appointment.
For most work we will quote for the tattoo regardless of how long the session is, seeming as quoting online can be tricky we recommend contacting your artist and booking a consultation or coming into the shop to chat to us
What should I expect through my booking process?
If you are booking online, expect a few days for a response as we are a busy shop and do our best to create new bookings while juggling our schedules. Deposits are generally preferred in cash but your chosen artist will be able to provide you with their preferred method through the process.
Most artists will not provide a drawing or design until the day of your appointment, but will generally like reference material sent to them.
Providing information such as wether you would like colour or black and grey, what body part you would like tattooed, size and if it is going between other tattoos will all help make the process much easier.
